I hold a full Pilates qualification from Accademia Italiana Fitness (AIF) and European ESWA certification, combining technical knowledge of movement, anatomy, posture and core control with a strong background in fitness and personal training. I’m passionate about creating effective, mindful and personalized sessions that help clients improve strength, mobility, body awareness and movement quality.
