Fiona Faustmann

Hi, my name is Fiona and I am currently studying media and Information at the University of Amsterdam. I am twenty years old and currently training to be a Mat Pilates instructor as well as Visceral Pilates instructor at Pilates Swiss, who are the creators and founders of Visceral Pilates, which blends modern rehabilitation science with Pilates and is a scientifically grounded method established 20 years ago. My teacher training course will be completed by mid September, thus I am looking for a studio, where I can bring the practice into action and work long-term. Sports has always been a pillar in my life, be it from doing competitive swimming, tennis and skiing to pursuing hobbies including yoga and taekwondo. In winter 2025 I worked for three months as a ski instructor in Austria, which showed me the joy in teaching and sharing a sport that I love (at the most beautiful location, the mountains). Health and well being is truly at the centre of my life, be it by reading studies about various health issues, causes and lifestyles or simply having discussions about it. I hope to find like-minded people who are enthusiasts about sports, movement and health!
