A shortlist is the deliverable, not a guaranteed hire. Here is how the pilot works.

Hiring Assist adds hands-on work: we help shape your brief, contact suitable instructors, check their interest and availability, and introduce three people matching the agreed criteria. You are paying for that sourcing service, not access to the platform. There is no instructor fee.
Hiring Assist is a human-led service. Fitgig reviews your brief and handles the search and introductions personally. Your account manages the request, proposal approval and status updates. It is not an autonomous AI recruiter, and we do not make the hiring decision for you.
It depends on the location, discipline, schedule and pay. Tell us what you need and we will review whether we can realistically help. We agree the candidate criteria and delivery date with you before sourcing starts. There is no fixed turnaround or promise of emergency cover, and we do not accept every request.
If we cannot deliver three interested candidates matching the agreed criteria, there is no service fee. We will not silently relax your requirements to complete the shortlist. Your approved scope is recorded in your account.
The DKK 1,500 fee, plus applicable taxes, is payable after delivery of the agreed shortlist, even if you decide not to hire. It pays for sourcing and introductions, not a guaranteed placement. You choose whom to interview and whether to make an offer.
We discuss candidates’ interest, availability and fit against your agreed brief, and explain which details we have checked and which are instructor-reported. There is no blanket background-check or qualification-verification guarantee. The studio remains responsible for confirming qualifications, insurance and right to work as appropriate before hiring.
Submitting a brief does not create a charge. You review and approve the scope, delivery date and fee before work starts. You can cancel in your account before shortlist delivery at no charge. The fee is invoiced separately after delivery; this is a one-off service, not a subscription.

We review feasibility first. Before work starts, you approve the candidate criteria and delivery date in your account. Submitting a brief is not an order and does not create a charge.

Hiring Assist is sourcing support, not a guaranteed hire or emergency-cover service. You interview candidates, make the hiring decision, check qualifications, insurance and right to work as appropriate, and contract and pay the instructor directly. Your request is private to your studio account and authorised Fitgig staff. We agree what role details may be shared with potential candidates before sourcing. Please do not submit identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal data.
