Privacy Policy

Effective 6 September 2026

This policy explains how Fitgig handles personal information when instructors, studios, and visitors use fitgig.eu.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or profile, including your name, email address, location, professional experience, qualifications, availability, profile media, and studio details.

We also process information created when you use Fitgig, such as applications, messages, saved roles, job-posting activity, external job-link clicks, and basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and understand how it is used.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure the platform, display profiles and studio pages according to your settings, match instructors with opportunities, deliver applications and messages, send service emails, improve Fitgig, and meet legal obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent. We may also process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal duties, or pursue legitimate interests such as preventing abuse and improving the marketplace.

Sharing and service providers

Information you choose to make public can be viewed by visitors and other Fitgig users. Applications and messages are shared with their intended recipients. We use trusted providers for hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, analytics, and site operations. They may process information only to provide those services to us.

Some jobs on Fitgig link to a third-party website. The third party controls the information you provide after leaving Fitgig and its own privacy policy applies.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to provide your account, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update much of your information from your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, email support@caroloom.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Updates

We may update this policy as Fitgig develops. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
