Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Fitgig. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, protecting your account, and activity carried out through it.

Fitgig may offer different experiences for instructors and studios. You may not impersonate another person or business, claim a studio without authority, create misleading profiles or jobs, scrape the service, send spam, or use Fitgig for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive activity.

Fitgig helps fitness professionals and studios discover each other. We do not employ instructors, act as an employment agency, guarantee work or applicants, verify every claim made by a user, or become a party to agreements between instructors and studios.

Studios are responsible for their job descriptions, hiring decisions, pay, working conditions, and legal obligations. Instructors are responsible for their qualifications, availability, right to work, insurance, and the information included in applications and profiles.

Some listings are curated from third-party sources and send you to another website to apply. Fitgig does not control those websites or guarantee that a third-party listing remains available, complete, or accurate. The third party’s terms and privacy policy apply after you leave Fitgig.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Fitgig a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to share it.

You can remove or update your content through your account where those controls are available. We may remove content that violates these terms, infringes rights, creates risk, or harms the integrity of the marketplace.

Fitgig is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the platform develops. Core access is currently free, but optional paid features may be introduced later with clear information before you purchase them.

You may stop using Fitgig at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after account closure will remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, Fitgig is not responsible for indirect losses, hiring or employment decisions, user conduct, missed opportunities, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
